Instructions for Cheese Curds:
Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
Step 2
Set up a breading station: In one shallow bowl, place the all-purpose flour. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Take some of the cheese curds and coat them in the flour, shaking off some excess. Then dip the floured curds into the beaten eggs, ensuring they are well coated.
Step 4
Transfer the curds from the eggs to the breadcrumb mixture and coat them thoroughly. Press gently to make sure the breadcrumbs adhere to the curds.
Step 5
Place the breaded cheese curds on a plate or tray in a single layer while you repeat the breading process with the remaining curds.
Step 6
Flippantly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to foil sticking. Arrange the breaded cheese curds in a lone layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not moving.
Step 7
Air fry the cheese curds at 400°F (200°C) for about 6-8 minutes or until they are golden and crispy. The cooking period may vary depending on the size and kind of your air fryer, so save them to avoid overcooking.
Step 8
Once the recipe is done, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute or two before serving.
Step 9
Serve the air fryer cheese curds while they are still warm and crispy. You can enjoy them on their own or pair them with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara, ranch, or ketchup.

Note
Be careful not to overcrowd the air fryer basket, as this can lead to uneven cooking. You may need to work in batches if you have a lot of cheese curds to cook.
